Your next Home Owners Association meeting is scheduled for April 7th at 7pm. These monthly meetings are occasionally rescheduled to accommodate the board members individual schedules. Please RSVP to questions@fairwayswest.org to be sure you have the most up to date information.

Our Landscaping Contractor has arranged for special pricing for Tree Planting this Spring. Please check your email for more information. If you are not on our email list, please send your contact information to questions@fairwayswest.org.

Please remember, modifications and changes to the exterior of your home must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Additionally, neighbors are strongly encouraged to discuss plans with neighbors prior to making changes. Click here for the ARC Request Form.
