April 2020 Announcements

Hello Neighbors,

Here are a couple messages from your HomeOwners Association. If you have any questions, please contact your HOA at question@fairwayswest.org

1 - Dues Payments: As of April 1st, all but two neighbors have paid their annual dues (due January 1st, 2020). Lien process has begun against the two neighbors that have not paid.

2 - Trees: Please take the extra time to trim your boulevard trees that overhang your sidewalks. Our neighbors that walk the sidewalks in the neighborhood will appreciate it.

3 - Tree Replacement: Typically our landscaping team offers a special pricing on trees purchase/planting each spring. Due to that is happening, that program is being deferred until the fall. Keep an eye out for more information in September.

4 – Annual Movie Night: Our annual movie night has been scheduled for Friday, July 24th. More information will be provided in the coming months.

5 – Neighborhood Garage Sale: Due to concerns about social distancing, your HOA will not be sponsoring/promoting any Neighborhood Garage Sale this year.
